The building that North American Builder Supply proudly calls home has a story of its own. Originally operating as a local horse feed store, the property has long been a familiar part of the community. In 2019, we began transforming the interior into a functional headquarters and showroom that reflects the quality and craftsmanship we bring to every project. Then, in 2023, we completed a full exterior renovation, giving the building a fresh new look while preserving its character.
Today, our South Bridge Street location stands as more than just our office. It's a showcase of what thoughtful design, quality materials, and expert craftsmanship can achieve. Every improvement made to our home reflects the same attention to detail and commitment we bring to every project for our customers.
Remodel
The Historic Copley Mansion
Located in Aurora, Illinois, the historic Copley Mansion was built in 1917 for Colonel Ira C. Copley, founder of Copley Press and a former U.S. Congressman. Designed by renowned architect Jarvis Hunt, the mansion remains one of Aurora's most distinguished historic landmarks and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
As part of the mansion's continued preservation, North American Builder Supply had the privilege of contributing to its restoration by rebuilding and restoring the front pillars while updating portions of the interior. Every aspect of the project was completed with careful attention to the home's historic character, blending modern craftsmanship with respect for its original architectural design.

Sugar Grove Modernized Kitchen
Completed around 2020, this Sugar Grove remodel began when the homeowners came looking to update their kitchen and create a space that was both beautiful and functional. As the project evolved, the renovation expanded beyond the kitchen to include a refreshed family room with a redesigned fireplace.
One of the home's standout features became the custom molding and trim throughout the living room. Originally not part of the plan, the elegant trim work was added during the remodel and quickly became one of the homeowners' favorite details, bringing timeless character and craftsmanship to the space.
The finished renovation transformed the home's main living areas into a warm, inviting environment that blends modern convenience with classic design.

Nestled in the fastest growing sub-division in Yorkville, Whitetail Ridge, The Ridgecrest is a custom home designed to blend timeless architecture with modern functionality. From its welcoming front porch to its thoughtfully crafted interior spaces, every detail was carefully planned to create a home that is both elegant and practical for everyday living.
Built with quality craftsmanship and premium materials, this custom residence showcases the commitment to creating family homes that are tailored to each homeowner's vision. The Ridgecrest is a reflection of thoughtful design, lasting quality, and the attention to detail that defines every family home.

House in Ravine Woods
Sat on Illinois Route 71 and completed in 2026, The Ravine Court home received a refined kitchen update focused on enhancing both style and functionality. The homeowners wanted to replace an outdated countertop design with a cleaner, more timeless look while maintaining the character of their home.
The renovation featured the installation of a stunning one-piece granite countertop, creating a seamless centerpiece for the kitchen. A new backsplash, updated cabinet hardware, and modern pendant lighting completed the transformation, giving the space a fresh, cohesive appearance.
Though subtle in scope, these carefully selected upgrades dramatically elevated the kitchen, proving that thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship can completely transform the feel of a space.
